Our Story

We are Cornerstone Trinity Excelsior, a campus church plant sent out by Cornerstone Trinity Baptist Church (CTBC) in San Francisco.

After many years at CTBC, a core group of us was called to plant CTX. By starting a campus site, we desire to branch out, build community, and allow others to worship and experience His love in additional parts of the city.

We didn’t know what God had in store for us, but we wanted to obey and go! After praying through, walking around, and discerning where God was leading us to plant this campus site, we felt God put the people in the Excelsior District of San Francisco on our hearts.

So this is why we are here, coming alongside what God is already doing in the Excelsior district of San Francisco and being a light in this community where we will live and love like Jesus as He transforms each of us.
